Do people have good results starting Keto with dairy? Or is it standard to keep dairy out for the first 30 days? Can anyone recommend a really great Keto cookbook?
I eat about 1-2 oz cheese a day and a bit of cream cheese and it hasn’t bothered me. And my bs ate normal and weight is coming off.
I eat dairy pretty much daily.
Keep it full fat! Full fat whipped cream, full fat sour cream etc..
I eat cheese on a daily basis. Probably too much cheese. But above lost 80 pounds in a year.
I use the recipes in Ketogenic in 28. The Reuben casserole is amazing.
