Just eat in moderation. If I know I’m going to a birthday or something and want to partake in having cake, just cut back at your other meals to accommodate the increase in calories.
My fiancé’s family makes them healthy knowing I’m dieting and have health issues if there’s something I want I take a tiny and have more water it’s okay to treat yourself going over board is the issue. Balance balance balance
