The basis is; A protein serving as big as the palm of your hand and two cups of vegetables that grow above the ground. Cooked in the fat necessary to keep them from sticking eaten with a dab of fat for flavor. 2x’s per day, at least 4 hours apart. No snacking. Fast as you are able with water, tea and black coffee. Sleep well. Watch your electrolytes.
