Do you increase your protein if you are doing weight lifting and P90X?
No need to increase protein until you’re increasing your lbm (which is harder than we think). 0.6-0.8g protein per 1lb lbm is more than sufficient.
No. If my lean mass went up I might increase it. But not just because I’m training.
Protein is calculated off of lean muscle mass 0.8 X.
I only know mine from doing a Dexascan otherwise would be clueless!
Skin fold calipers can get you close.
