You would have to be pretty big to do so. The bigger you are the more you burn. Your body is working x2 harder than normal. I lost 80 pounds in a few months from starving when I was a single mom& going to school. I wouldn’t suggest it. A healthy way of loosing weight is 2-3 pounds per month unless bigger like I said before. Don’t go crazy on the numbers, it’s a long time affect when you make it a lifestyle.
Absolutely. Sometimes its actual exercize (not just movement from normal activities) and sometimes just diet (the way you eat) changes can influence it a lot. Remember though, its not weight you are wanting to lose, but body fat percentage. And please…dont go by those BMI charts. By those charts I’m obese at a healthy weight.
