If you put in your weight and all your physical activity and MyFitnessPal set that for you then that’s about the area that you should be a lot of your Macros which would be your proteins your fat and you’re calories that kind of stuff is based on your weight so it may not be too much for you it all depends on your starting weight and what you put into my fitness pal to come up with those numbers.
I get the same numbers, when I have very active days!! I will almost always stay under, unless I sneak in olives and pickles which are my downfall right now. Don’t stress too much, unless you have serious health conditions which dictate your intake. Stay under your calories and the weight will come off. Yesterday was 2 months and 27 lbs gone for me, and there are days I way overshoot certain macros. Live and Learn.
