On my off days, I feel a little guilty that I’m resting. Does anyone else feel like that?

you should use that spare time to warm up and do a full body stretch, that way you can learn about what your strengths are and your weaknesses are, note them down for your next off day to see if you made any inprovments, also try you hand at surya namaskar, also use a fome roller and a ball to work the knots and kinks out, maybe the latter of the two you might find a bit hard to remove hahaha.
