Try adding a tablespoon of Chia seeds to your shake, it made a huge difference for me! Just pour one tablespoon into your 10 ounces of water, give them 15 minutes to absorb water, then add your shake powder and shake it. And it’s only 50 calories, so it’s a marginal addition.
I do 8 oz unsweetened almond milk, 8 oz water if I’m doing just the shake powder. If I’m blending, I use 10 oz unsweetened almond milk and 5-8 ice cubes. I also add 1/4 of an avocado, a healthy fat incorporated into your shake also helps you feel fuller and satisfied longer.
