Does anyone find themselves having days that you eat keto approves

Does anyone find themselves having days that you eat keto approves but you eat way more than you should? Tomorrow is a fasting and meal prep day so I can reign in my calories and get a little more strict then I have been. Do you fast after a blow out day? Also, I didn’t have too many carbs, but a lot of food.

I don’t do it often, but every once in awhile my body is just hungry. I stick to Keto foods, but I feed my body. Usually my period or something else taking a toll on my body follows.

Oh well drinking lots if water and will do an 18 or 20 hr fast.

You don’t have to fast just because you had ONE over calorie day. It was still Keto food, relax, and be kind to yourselves.

I have found that I have lost my appetite and have been struggling to meet 1200 calories lately.

Just thought I was over being hungry since 6 months in and eating one meal a day with no problems then bam today it hit like pre keto times…just wanted to eat.
