Does anyone have a favorite veggie burger recipe (am willing to buy a cookbook for this!) I can freeze and thaw when needed? Lately, I am so busy that I rely on Trader Joe’s Indian-spiced potato-based veggie burgers, which have oil. I add pan”fried” (no oil) tofu, dulse, and raw cabbage to make it a more filling meal but I don’t want the oil for both health and taste reasons. I do love the Indian spice but am open to other flavors.
