Hi everyone, I’m new to this group and wanted to ask how you all cope with the food plan. I opted for the whole foods instead of meat substitue plan but quite honestly am finding it very bland and uninteresting. Does anyone have any advice on how to make it all a bit more palatable? I love spicy flavoursome food if that helps.

Iā€™m having the same issue. Only so much mixing and matching I can do. I feel like I need a recipe book to go with it.

If you have a vinegar store nearby go grab some trial sizes! Although some of the vinegars might have sugar most will not. My local store has about ten flavors that my family rotates through.
