Does anyone have any tips for a complete novice?
Really don’t try and be a pro, just listen to your body and don’t give up, focus on the small changes like technique and how long you can hold the moves, you will do it one day at a time! Xxx
I have a hard time with the pivots too but that’s bc I’m on carpet. When I do them on hard flooring it seems easier, more slip I guess. My advice is to just slow down. It’s not worth blowing your knee out for.
Take your time; don’t try to keep up with them. I still can’t keep up with some moves! Watch Tania and aim to do her moves but slowly until you’ve nailed it.
I started Sunday. I have to modify a lot. I used to be in great shape and 10 years ago. Just a step to get back there. We can do this.
Tanya is your best friend! Push yourself as much as you want but even if you modify the whole time you are still achieving and it will get easier.
