Does anyone have tips and tricks to reduce the pain and (especially) the appearance of red stripes? I can skip pretty well, but most of my workouts are in the morning and my sleepy head makes me trip over my rope a few times during the first minutes… And I’m also learning some new tricks, which result in a lot of failure in the beginning. One more thing: I’m proud of my ‘battle wounds’, but my physiotherapist looked very strange at my arm this morning haha, so help is appreciated.

Yea. I keep the music on while jumping too. This morning, you would have thought I was in a Bobby Brown video, the way I was moving.

Very simple, but that does help indeed! I do prefer to just jump around in my sports bra, but I guess that it’s worth a shot to try again with long sleeves (especially while practicing tricks haha).
