Does anyone here run AND either do Jordan’s workouts or your own? I’d love some inspiration on a schedule – bonus if you have kids and work full-time! I’m struggling to fit in 25k a week or so plus muscle building workouts. Need some fitspo!!

I was running and doing a weights program to begin with. I am now doing a program that says predominantly weights with a little cardio and I have got far better results with this however I do the odd run with it too
