Does anyone here run AND either do Jordan's workouts or your own? I'd love some inspiration on a schedule - bonus if you have kids and work full-time! I'm struggling to fit in 25k a week or so plus muscle building workouts. Need some fitspo!!

 run (3 days a week), work full time (days), have 7, 10, and 17 year old sons, go to school full time (evenings), and I lift 3 days a week (mornings). I stopped doing Conscious Muscle’s plan bc I didn’t have time in the mornings but I do a modified version of it (30 minutes instead of like 2 hours lol).
