 I’m blood type A and eat 4 your blood type book says I should avoid meat and dairy

 I have but I struggle with dairy. I’m A as well but I’ve considered trying it again to see how I’d feel.

There’s a book called Eat 4 Your blood type. It gives a list of foods people should or shouldn’t eat based on their blood type

I’ve heard of that. A lady that teaches at my gym told me about it she went from a 16 to a 2. It definitely worked for her

I just started for the second time! The struggle has been real. Thankfully my blood type is O…. I’m required to give up dairy as well so I understand.. it requires discipline.. I had given up red meat for 90 days then the book states I should eat red meat but now it doesn’t agree with me so imma stick to not eating red meat and follow the other suggestions. So see what works for you pay attention to the things that cause you to feel bloated. That has been a problem I’ve been facing
