Does anyone just use water with their shakes instead of some type of milk?

I add other dry ingredient pb fit, chia seeds, sometimes collagen. And if I want a new flavor cinnamon, gingerbread spice, or pumpkin pie spice. I am filled up for about 2-3 hrs, then a small snack and my 310 tea, my second shake a couple hrs later my second shake. When I get home a snack and my 310 lemonade and then a clean dinner and maybe a small bowl of fruit if my sweet tooth wants dessert.

I substitute almond milk with water when I put a lot of fruit in my shakes.

Yep! I use water and very little orange juice.
