I do weight watchers and count smart points. But there are lots of apps like lose it that help in tracking calories much easier than it was years ago. I started WW in Oct and I have lost 20lbs to date, it comes off slow but I never deprive myself and I lose weight. I love it!
How do you do weight watchers if a lot of your meals, like dinners, are home cooked meals where it’s really hard to keep track of exactly what your eating? We eat a lot of casseroles and meals where bunch of things are thrown into one and that’s my hardest thing so far with counting calories because it’s not something you can easily look up and if you can the different calorie ranges are so across the board.
I’m having the same issue Laura Pawielski. I cook everynight, (lots of soups and stews) and it’s very hard to incorporate that into my fitness pal. I do make alot of skinny taste recipes, and my fitness pal has it in there, which is very easy.
