|mix 1tsp of Turmeric powder with 1tbsp of raw Coconut oil and eat it.. Or I put it in my tea. I hear that spices absorb better in your body when it’s in a oil or liquid form.
& yes you can make a face mask out of it. Turmeric is a natural lightner and is a anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.. So it’s really great for a lot. I mix it with my indian meals, face masks, homemade body scrubs.. It’s very potent too, so a lil goes a long way.
