I read one research study that said there’s been no scientific evidence of proof but some people say they feel it has helped them. One thing it can help with is bloating/gas and pain from that as its relieved. I will tell you a study of women showed women who ate grapefruit once a day daily had healthier weights than a study group of women who didn’t.. So that’s interesting and it’s citrus/acidic. I read that in prevention magazine.
I drink it 4 times a day. Once before breakfast, lunch, dinner and bed. Each time it is 2 tablespoons in 8oz of water. I see a consistent weight loss every day even if only 2 ounces. Please note that I am also on a 1200 calorie a day and do cardio for 60 minutes at least 5 times a week. Without the Apple cider I tend to have plateaus in weight loss. I have been consistent with drinking it since Jan 1st and as of today I am down 18lbs.
