it’s a diuric so it’l make u pee..which will dehydrate you if u dont drink more water..caffine is not bad to have and one cup a day is suppose to be beneficial for health, ive also been told eating fat makes you fat..there’s so much BS out there..have the coffee enjoy it..it’s fine, not bad, good if u need the extra energy caffine does that for you
