Drinking water keeps you hydrated and it’s 0 calories so great for dieting. You should be drinking 2-3 litres a day (thinks that works out as 70oz of water a day) x

f you go by what most doctors say, drink at least 64oz of water. I do about 2 of the 1 liter of Smartwater. I make it a challenge to drink it. I think it helps. There probably are some crystal light packets that can help you drink more.

y doctor reccomeneded 1/2 oz. of water for each lb. you weigh but you know your body best! Like stated in a previous comment dark yellow you need more water but a pale yellow youre hydrated properly…I personally aim for around 100 oz./ day ( I work in a hot factory 10 hours a day) and I have yet to have an issue with dehydration! It really all depends on how much you weigh
