Curious, I have a bunch of garlic. Can I put it through the food processor and freeze it in teaspoon amounts to add to soups and stir fries. Does garlic freeze well if processed?
I cook mine and put in a gallon baggy so I can break it off when it is frozen. Easy.
Roast and then freeze on a cookie sheet, when frozen put in ziploc bag until ready to use. Yummy!
You can freeze the cloves whole too.
I freeze whole cloves so I would think that grated garlic would freeze well too.
Process, put in an ice tray, place trays Ziploc, freeze. Once frozen, pop garlic out of trays and into ziploc or other container.
