Depends on what you do when you stressed and how your body reacts to stress also, cause some when stressed eat too much and gain, some starve themselves losing some and others just gain without eating more than they already do.

When you are stressed out , the hormon cortisol will be stimulated, which metabolise fat and cho this raise the blood glucose so the insulin will counter effect this raise , the end result will increase the appetite and cravings high fat and sugar food.
