Drilling holes and fishing on the roads the resort owners plowed. Is this a good or bad idea?

I saw a guy pull up an ice block to set up a spear house in the middle of the road about a week ago. When I slowed down to get a good look he was looking at me like I was doing something wrong. Lol.

Set up on the road then throw fits cause everyone keeps driving by too close you your house. Sounds legit.

I don’t understand why in H$$& someone would even consider this as an option. SMH.

I guess it’s ok if you don’t stop in traffic to lick your nuts and get ran over.

I noticed last weekend a resort road went directly over some structure I would have loved to try. Not sure why they do that but it kept me from drilling a hole.

I was on a metro lake that a kid put his tip-ups in the road and he had the nerve to yell at people that came close to them. He did not say much to our party after my buddy ( 6ft 6 and about 275 came out of the hub and asked him if he had a problem.

It’s best to drill on the ice road where you can physically see the highway sand and salt left behind from vehicle traffic. It does wonders for augre blades.

If there’s fish to be caught sure. Just as many would say those resorts don’t own the ice roads, just the snow that was plowed from them.
