I’m in a very serious pains. Squats with weights hurts a lot…I can’t even sit at the toilet, I can’t climb stairs and struggling to get in to the car.
But greater is your reward at the end just dont give, keep doing it and rest if need be but never quit
No pain no gain, You’ll get better in time. Big ups, stay motivated and keep pushing. The best is yet to come
