Hi guys please advice me I have been running in the morning before I go to work and later on doing aerobics and spinning classes now I want to start to work on my thighs by lifting weights just to tone a little bit any tips on how to lift weight guys

Yes spinning class will be helpful especially on your legs as well and leg exercise s such as squats, lunges, legs press, leg extension
