Swimming, cycling, walking, aerobics classes, always remember warm up before exercising & cool down afterwards & don’t lie flat
try to do exercises that are not putting any stress on your belly and back. One perfect exercise is glutes bridges whereby you lie on a mat and lift your pelvic bone.
Another one you may do is wide squat, brisk walking and light weight lifting. In any case you feel any pain stop immediately.
