It can be a slippery slope. I find that with the best intentions when I have fast food, telling myself it will be just once, I end up doing it again and again, then feeling rubbish because I’ve done it, then eating more bad food because I’m feeling rubbish, it’s a vicious circle for me. X

I eat fast food 2-3x a week. I just make sure it’s lower carb. I take the bun off burgers, no ketchup, and get a side salad instead of fries. It hasn’t hindered my weight loss at all.

Once won’t kill you but when you do it should be because it’s a part of your plan to splurge some. If you keep going for food when you are stressed, you aren’t breaking the habits that made you gain in the first place

I keep telling myself “the only person I will be cheating is myself” I do however, set goals for myself and plan to reward my goals… with limits and portions
