I have been doing keto for 7 weeks and am doing bootcamp and lifting weights both about 4-5 days per week. Feeling great, losing weight, putting on some muscle… BUT this week all of a sudden I am STARVING! I haven’t changed what i have been eating. It is PMS week, can that be it? Wondering WHY all of a sudden?
I go through periods where my “normal” keto food plan works and I’m not so hungry. Then I have weeks where I feel like I’m eating the house. I think it’s normal – follow what your body is telling you, eat when you are hungry, don’t eat when you are not, stay keto, do your workouts… it will all balance out.
