Feeling great, losing weight, putting on some muscle

I have been doing keto for 7 weeks and am doing bootcamp and lifting weights both about 4-5 days per week. Feeling great, losing weight, putting on some muscle… BUT this week all of a sudden I am STARVING! I haven’t changed what i have been eating. It is PMS week, can that be it? Wondering WHY all of a sudden?

I go through periods where my “normal” keto food plan works and I’m not so hungry. Then I have weeks where I feel like I’m eating the house. I think it’s normal – follow what your body is telling you, eat when you are hungry, don’t eat when you are not, stay keto, do your workouts… it will all balance out.

Since I’ve stopped tracking, I get a little panicky when I eat more on days that I’m hungry, but there are day I eat less so it balances out. Listen to your body and just eat until you’re satisfied!
