Feeling really frustrated! I’m 11 days in, eating healthy and exercising. 2 shakes a day, a healthy dinner, cut out all junk, drink nothing but water aside from my shakes, and I was drinking a lot of dr pepper and frappucinnos before. Taking vitamins and metaboost. I’ve worked out almost every day, burn at least 500 calories on the elliptical, doing weights and have done a couple of the 21 day fix work outs. I know I have to be working out hard enough because I’ve been sore as hell every day. I see so many people posting about dropping several pounds right off the bat and I have not lost a single pound. No difference what so ever. I know it’s only been 11 days, but nothing? Really?
