Fellow peeps who are on the meal plan-is anyone struggling to notice any differences??Ive been on it a over a month and its supposed to be a cut–ive literally not changed in weight or measurements!!has anyone else experienced this?or does anyone have any suggestions?!thanks!!

I’m debating purchasing the meal plan cuz after a lifetime of meat and dairy I am not sure how to eat anymore. I feel like I am always on a picnic and I want to ensure I get what I need to be an athlete.

I have been on the cutting plan for two months. I follow it to the dot but I have not noticed a single change in weight loss.

Sadly, it takes most women 8-10 weeks to start to see changes. It’s the consistency that adds up and the body begins to release, after hanging on to the risk of loss. Keep at it!!!
