I like to break losing weight in to three section diet, movement and portion control, With regards to diet make sure your food is coming from unprocessed food, Movement make sure you moving vigorously enough to affect your breathing and increase you heart rate, full body routines at least 3 -4 times a week,With regards to portion control in you transition in to eating cleaner foods eat less of what you eating right now, you might find that you still have a love for certain processed food so eat less of it and do more movement while your transitioning into eating cleaner food. doing this consistently you will experience more health and a change in body composition, But you have to be consistent.
