Drink hot water with lemon in the morning before eating anything. Balance your diet, I suggest you Google for the information with regard to food. Google again stomach exercises you will find different types and practice until you master them. If you are putting efforts it must take you three months to see results. NB. That’s the hardest work-out you ever. You will need to put more efforts.

One hour before,that’s what I do, I never exercise on an empty stomach,I don’t want to loose weight.
