Im too fat ,what should i do in order to flatten my tummy and to lose weight as well
Eat low carbs meals
Sugar must be replaced eat 3 or 4 or 5 small low carbs meals per day
Take a thousand steps three times a week,gradually increase speed as you get used to it,eventually, increase the distance and start jogging, don’t focus on running fast,just jog,you will loose weight as fat falls off.
