Are the following ok for Keto? 1. Ragi 2. Millets 3. Indian vegetables list which are Keto friendly? I find that eating avocado and the limited veggies is very restrictive.
Ragi and millet are high carb…in fact all grains are high carb. U can eat spinach And all green leafy vegetables,tinda,Turai,lauki, bhindi.
Avoid all grains and pulses…starchy vegetables too.
I include spinach, Broccoli, Cauliflower, cabbage, bell peppers, Mushroom, Bhindi and Lauki.. Occasionally tomato.. Each one of these have some carb..Make sure you goggle the macros.
No grains in keto.
Anything under the soil is high in starch.
