1400-1800 on most days but I don’t really count anymore I just got at when I am hungry and that’s like once a day.

Wow, I’m 60 and weigh 194 at 5’1”…1910 for maintenance…23g-95g-159g. Seems high right? Used the TDEE calculator.

5’6″ 175 lbs, tdee calculator said 1245 cal for me. I have been doing this long enough; I’m not nearly as hungry as I used to be. So, it is hard for me to get my calories in. But I haven’t been doing it long enough to get into being fat adapted, I don’t think. That area is still foggy to me.

1100, but usually less, and I never force feed. I am 5 ft 4 and if I eat more than that I don’t lose a lb, even on keto, and it bothers me none as I am not hungry. Every person has to find their own sweet spot.

I have a keto app that was free and it is just called Macros. It is very useful. I used another app on the web to get my macros and the Macro app to track them. My calculations said that I should be eating 1550 calories a day at my weight.
