100 squats per day but For beginners start by 20 squats increase by 10 each day

I tried doing squads but the following day my thighs were in pain ,how do i avoid that
muscles don’t get big and strong when you train them, they get big and strong when you rest.
Hip abductors and fire hydrants work so much better than squats unless you lifting
