For anyone doing 80 day obsession through beach body, did you adjust your diet at all? Are you trying to do your own version of the timed nutrition plan? Also, I feel like I’m lifting pretty heavy and really pushing myself, but I am yet to feel much muscle soreness. Anyone else?

ketogenic diets equate to less soreness. I am doing it and I haven’t had any issues. I do not do timed nutrition. I do however eat 4-5 blackberries after my workout and something protein based- cheese or meat.

I’ve also got 80 day obsession on my list 🙂 I do chalean extreme (started 3 years ago!!!) and am nervous…I currently lift pretty heavy and am worried about losing some muscle. But it’s only 80 days and I need a break from the same routine! As for diet, I don’t do anything different and I workout HARD. I *might* eat a bit more during meals than I would otherwise but I wouldn’t know honestly as I’ve always worked out. Prior to keto, I had all kinds of complicated routines to ensure I got in protein and recovery fluids. One of the best parts of keto, for me, is that I don’t worry about any of that anymore…. so much more simple! I workout fasted, I workout on bullet proof coffee, I workout after cheese/ bacon…. none of it matters 🙂 I prefer fasted just because it’s easy. I also do turbo fire HIITS and have energy to spare. I am definitely fay adapted so that helps.

To be honest, I still do 22 min hard crops cardio workouts before some of the 80D vids. I missed the kind of cardio I love so I combine them.

Doing 80 DO, still doing Keto OMAD. Eat about 3 hours after I workout. Have plenty of energy for workouts and feel great. Down 8 pounds since starting program.

I’m following the diet about 90%. I don’t do the preworkout meal because I get nauseated. But otherwise I’m doing it! I’m in my 3rd week and already noticing results.
