For anyone doing 80 day obsession through beach body, did you adjust your diet at all? Are you trying to do your own version of the timed nutrition plan? Also, I feel like I’m lifting pretty heavy and really pushing myself, but I am yet to feel much muscle soreness. Anyone else?
I’ve also got 80 day obsession on my list 🙂 I do chalean extreme (started 3 years ago!!!) and am nervous…I currently lift pretty heavy and am worried about losing some muscle. But it’s only 80 days and I need a break from the same routine! As for diet, I don’t do anything different and I workout HARD. I *might* eat a bit more during meals than I would otherwise but I wouldn’t know honestly as I’ve always worked out. Prior to keto, I had all kinds of complicated routines to ensure I got in protein and recovery fluids. One of the best parts of keto, for me, is that I don’t worry about any of that anymore…. so much more simple! I workout fasted, I workout on bullet proof coffee, I workout after cheese/ bacon…. none of it matters 🙂 I prefer fasted just because it’s easy. I also do turbo fire HIITS and have energy to spare. I am definitely fay adapted so that helps.
