For everyone that has lost weight. What are you doing because I’ve been on this for 2 to 3 weeks now and I’m gaining weight? Tell me how I should do this?

I’m doing one shake a day and I drink the tea and lemonade too. As well as eat healthy and cleaned and watch my carbs intake. I been here over a year now and have lost 30 lbs. You can do this.

First things first, reduce your overall calorie intake by eating less food overall or exercising a bit more. I also recommend keeping track of your food intake so that you can better identify how much you’re actually eating each day and cut back where needed, as needed. The Shakes themselves are an awesome tool to achieve weight loss and overall better health but successful weight loss is much more than any single shake or pill.

2 shakes a day. One clean meal. Two clean snacks.. Which I usually don’t get in. Plenty of water.
