For those doing two shakes a day for breakfast and lunch, what are some healthy dinner ideas for the whole family?
Last night we had salmon and asparagus. Previous night we had perch and cauliflower. Tonight we are having Turkey tacos without shells.
We did zucchini noodles topped with shrimp and roasted tomatoes last night… and we also a lot of chicken and fish.
My family loves zucchini lasagna, I make lasagna the typical way you would except I don’t use noodles I use zucchini that I caught with a mandolin. They also love taco salad. Grilled chicken thigh and pineapple skewers with rice cauliflower.
