For those of you that do the keto diet. What does it mean when you have reach ketios?

But once your in it what do you do
Once your in it your goal is to stay there to keep your body a fat burning machine
When you are in ketosis your body burns stored fat. For energy. Just keep yourself. In ketosis and you will see the difference.
Keep ecercising along. That will help in maintaining your body
