For those of you who work out in the a.m. fasted, do you then eat post workout? Do any of you work out fasted and then do IF and not eat until mid morning or lunch? Trying to determine if and how to combine morning workouts and IF or whether this isn’t a good combo.
I Intermittent fast daily
Just eat my normal 2 meals
Regardless of where my workout ends up landing on that day
I’d say pay attention to hunger
if your new to Keto Intermittent fasting and fasted workouts may not feel “right” yet
Do what feels good for you.
I workout in the morning, and sometimes again at noon before I begin my eating window from 2pm to 10pm. I enjoy a few cups of decaf coffee and hwc in the morning. It’s a pretty good rhythm for me and my energy levels are very steady. It has also completely solved the problem of eating during the day and then trying NOT to eat at night. Struggled with that for YEARS.
