It also depends a lot on how you cook it. If you grill it a lot of the fat cooks off But it is full of saturated fats. Trans fats which are not good. Fish and chicken also contain protien. Beans as well. Just dont eat protein with carbs
Good question. I am very much wondering too because I have looked at many say it is good and some bad. I see a lot of “make sure it has no added sugar. I like and think gelatin is very good for you nails and grows them very well.
