Getting my fats in without going over on protein

I’m super new to this and I’m having a hard time getting my fats in without going over on protein. Any easy tips?

Hot tea with stevia and butter. I also will treat myself to sugar free jello with heavy whipping cream (whipped with stevia).

I drink 2-3 bulletproof style beverages a day, tea, coffee, hot cocoa, etc. I would never get enough fat without it. Also I’m never hungry anymore so it’s easier for me to drink the majority of my calories.

I take a tablespoon of MCT oil before every meal, fat loaded tea or coffee, I put a chunk of butter on my plate and add some to every mouthful of food I take if I have to lol. It is a high fat WOE after all and too much protein converts to glucose.

Yeah this is a problem I have too… add more fat to your meals, eat a whole avocado instead of a half, have like 4 tablespoons of dressing instead of 2, cook your veggies in a lot of butter… pork belly apparently has much more fat and less protein than bacon, so use that…
