Getting ready to work out and I’ve lost 2lbs so far. I’ve also been researching a little about keto diets and the wonderful benefits. I’d like to start but I’m not sure where to start. I need a simple meal plan to follow. Any suggestions?
Keto is great but short term. It’s easy to gain all weight lost and more once you reintroduce carbs. Comes from a person who has experienced firsthand best is eat everything in proportion and workout. Slow and steady results but minimal chances of gaining much more than lost. Good luck!
My bil does Keto dieting. It is a bit of a struggle to stay away from carbs. Instead of Keto I would look into carb cycling. It is much more for longevity and you are not starving the body of carbs. It’s just exchanging them on different days rather.
Every diet works in the same way you just eat less calories = weight loss .eat normal healthy food with treats each day you just need to ding out your total calorie burn on average each day & eat to 500 calories below that will = 1lb per week fat loss.
