I work legs 2x a week! So the hip and butt area: mule kicks, side leg raises, adductors, abductors, walking side squats, leg extensions help with more knee focus, and stay consistent with your eating it will come

you cannot spot reduce certain areas for fat loss, you will lose fat if you are in a consistent caloric deficit – you cannot target the ‘knee’ area, you simply must remain in a caloric deficit and it will go eventually

Full body workout. you cannot remove fat from only one part of your body. Start eating right (if you’re not already). Find your caloric needs (look up “calories needed calculator” on Google and use whichever one you like). Reduce your calories by a MAXIMUM of your “maintain” number (example – my maintain calories is 2373 so my maximum weight loss calories would be 1773).

Seriously… Lift weights. Muscles that are firing from being stimulated will burn calories for up to 24 hours. Lifting weights will not make you look like a man, simply use low weight and high rep.

You can target muslces and get them to tone up more, than others, but it won’t show unless the rest of your body is right there with it and your body fat % overall is dropping.
