A trainer told me to throw away my gloves, because gloves just screw with your grip. Agree? Gotta say, I’ll have a tough handshake.
It can mess up your natural grip, and if you can use chalk if your hands get sweaty.
I feel it’s a debatable thing either way, and I say go with what makes you comfortable. Some people like using gloves and some don’t. But if you want to look into a 3 rd option a lot of people I know like to use straps instead.
Matter of opinion.. gloves are gonna help messing up your hands, maybe effect your natural grip but only slightly.. using straps on light weight would however effect your grip..
That trainers an idiot lmao! Gloves don’t screw up your grip, they make it better, especially when your hands get sweaty.
