Going on a cruise feb 11-17 with my hubby & friends. I just started WW 2wks ago. Doing well.Any hints to not gain & even lose?
Take healthy snacks. Don’t expect good food on the Norwegian unless you are willing to pay for an upgrade. Carnival has better food in my opinion.
Jus strictly follow the points, no soda, no sweets, cut down a LOT on bread, rice, pasta & potatoes. Drink only water. Do that with the points and you’ll do great!
I did WW a long time ago, and I enjoyed it. Lost 18lbs in a month before I went buck wild. Lol
Don’t overeat, stay away from the bread, walk the stairs on the ship rather than the elevators. Stay active.
enjoy the salad bar often. Get lots of exercise.
